1. What is Vecna Foundation?

Established as the Company’s dedicated Corporate Social Responsibility arm, Vecna Foundation channels resources into carefully selected organisations, social enterprises, and community initiatives. It is not a registered charity or tax-exempt entity, allowing us to maintain full control over our giving while upholding the highest standards of governance and transparency.

Every donation is guided by a rigorous process:

Proactive identification of aligned projects in Singapore and overseas.
Comprehensive due diligence using our 21-point checklist (legitimacy, financial health, governance, impact potential, and anti-money laundering screening)..
Board-approved annual and ad-hoc budgets.
Formal Donation Agreements with clear reporting requirements.
Ongoing project monitoring and annual impact reporting to the Board.

This disciplined framework ensures every dollar creates measurable social value while protecting stakeholder interests.

3. Focus Areas

While our exact priorities evolve with the annual Board-approved budget, Vecna Foundation typically supports initiatives in:
